With the Youth Pension Plan that we prepared for young people between the ages of 18 and 25, you can take the first step towards a safe future by payments starting from TRY 99 per month. Moreover, you can benefit from the state subsidy at a rate of 25% on each contribution you deposit. For instance, when you deposit TRY 100 a month, the state contributes TRY 25 on behalf of you and as a result TRY 125 is directed to your savings.*

What are the Advantages of Youth Pension Plan?

You can benefit from 25% state subsidy.

You can benefit from state subsidy at a rate of 25% on all the contribution you deposit regularly and collectively. But don’t forget, the government contribution paid for one calendar year does not exceed 25% of the total gross minimum wage set for that year.

Through the Career Coaching Service, you can consult with a Career Coach once a year for free in order to shape your future career.

By using this service, which is provided to our youth pension plan participants only, you can get an appointment from our contracted coaching offices for a face to face meeting in the agent offices*, or you can set up a telephone/skype meeting and thus you can benefit from the guidance of a specialist regarding your academic or business life.

With this career coaching meeting, you will gain knowledge and experience on many topics such as preference and guidance service (for the students who will study in the university) and cv preparation and interview techniques (for new graduates and job seekers).

How much will I have to pay?
It is sufficient for you to pay only a TRY 99 contribution per month to be included in the Advantageous Youth Pension Plan. Of course the more you pay from your available budget the amount you accumulate will be that much more.

You can pay your contributions indexed to US Dollars or Euros and in monthly, quarterly, semi annual or annual terms by credit card, direct debit order or in cash.
Can I get detailed information about deductions?

Entrance Fee:

In the Youth Pension Plan, we do not charge any entrance fee which can be collected on the signature date of the contract according to the Private Pension Legislation.

In the event that you withdraw from the company, the entrance fee that will be deducted from your savings as the deferred entrance fee shall vary according to the period of time you have remained in the company as of the signature date of the contract. In the event that you remain for 5 years in our company as of the effective date of the contract and also in case of withdrawals due to death or disability, we do not charge any entrance fee.

*Total of deductions refers to the total amount of deductions of entrance fee, administration cost deduction and additional administration cost deduction within the period of contract.

Administration Cost Deduction:

Administration cost deduction is deducted monthly from your savings as of the 1st year of your contract until the end of the 5th year as an amount of one-twelfth of 6.5% of the the monthly gross minimum wage. Following the 6th year and on, no Administration cost deduction is charged.

If you do not make any payments to your account within the 3 months following the contribution payment date, you will be considered to have discontinued your payments. In the event that you pause your payments, an additional administrative cost in the amount of one-twelfth of 8.5% of the monthly gross minimum wage shall be deducted from your savings for each month you do not make your payment for as long as the period you pause paying.

The total of the administration cost deduction,additional administration cost deduction and entrance fee charged in the related year of the contract shall not exceed 8.5% of the the monthly gross minimum wage for each year.

*Gross minimum wage costs are charged according to the procedure stated in the legislation. In the event that there is administration cost deduction and entrance fee that is not paid within the first five years of the contract, it shall be collected in the years following the fifth year of the contract.

Fund Total Cost Deduction:

According to the private pension legislation, it is set forth that companies can charge total fund total cost deduction (fund operation cost deduction and saving, auditing, operation expenses etc. related to funds) based on the fund net asset value to pay for expenses related to pension investment funds.

In the Youth Pension Plan; fund operating cost and fund total cost deductionare applied in the rates provided in the table below from each pension investment fund.

Fund total cost deductionshall be refunded to your account at specific rates according to the year of the contract.* Refund operation shall be applied at a rate of 2.5% as of the 6th year of the contract. Between the 7th and the 14th years of the contract, the refund rate valid in the previous year is increased 2.5 points for each year. Following the 15th year and on, 25% rate is applied permanently. Refund operation shall start as of 1st January 2021.

*Refund shall not be applied for the amount below 1.1% of the available saving as of the date of calculating the deduction.
