Retirement Annuity Plan

Retirement Annuity Plan is a plan that may be involved only by our participants who are entitled to retirement in private pension system.

Retirement Annuity Plan meets your expectations for payment of a regular income based on private pension savings, within the scope of private pension program you choose. You determine the term and amount, we make the regular income payments from your private pension account.

In a Retirement Annuity Plan, all or a part of savings shall be transferred to a retirement schedule you choose and shall remain within the private pension system and shall continue to be invested in private pension fund, with tax advantage.
Features
Minimum participation amount is equal to 15 times the monthly gross minimum wage as of the date of participation in this plan.

Term-Based Retirement Schedule:

In Term-Based Retirement Schedule, you determine the period during which you shall receive regular income payment.

Amount of your savings transferred to Private Pension Plan, shall be divided into the term (year(s)) you prefer. Annual regular income amount for the first year shall be calculated and shall be rounded up to the proximate multiple of TRY 5.

Regular income payment amount shall remain fixed for a period of one year.

At each anniversary of the agreement, savings as of that date shall be divided into the number of remaining years and the annual regular income for related year, shall be calculated thereby.

Term you prefer may not be less than the minimum income payment period (3 years).

Any term where the monthly amount of regular income payment shall be below the monthly minimum income amount, may not be selected. Monthly minimum income amount is the amount calculated by rounding up 25% of the monthly amount of gross minimum wage, to the proximate multiple of TRY 5.

Amount-Based Retirement Schedule:

In Amount-Based Retirement Schedule, you determine your regular income payment amount.

Amount of your income shall remain fixed for a period of one year.

In this option, there is no guarantee for period, we make payment until your savings are over.

At the beginning of the agreement, you shall determine the regular income payment amount, you want to receive, in a manner to meet minimum regular income payment period (3 years). Unless you have a demand to the contrary, at the anniversaries of your agreement, amount of your regular income shall be increased "at the rate of annual end-to-end CPI (Consumer Price Index)", announced by TUIK (Turkish Statistics Institute) two months before and we round it up to proximate multiple of TRY 5.

The amount you certify, may not be less than monthly minimum income amount. Monthly minimum income amount is the amount calculated by rounding up 25% of the monthly amount of gross minimum wage, to the proximate multiple of TRY 5.

You may change your retirement schedule at the anniversaries of agreement.

Refunding programs within the scope of Retirement Annuity Plan, are prepared for the purpose of enabling you to receive income based on your retirement savings. If you want to continue with your regular contribution payments, you may continue to remain with the scope of your existing private pension plan, even after you complete the age of 56.

According to rules and regulations relating to private pension; it is stipulated that pension companies may make fund total cost deduction (fund operating cost deduction and safekeeping, audit, transaction costs and similar expenses relating to fund) based on fund net asset value, to meet expenses in connection with private pension funds. From each private pension fund in the Retirement Annuity, we apply fund operating cost and total expenses deduction, at the rates specified in below table.

Advantages

Tax Advantage:

No tax deduction shall be made based on your retirement savings. However, for the portion of each repayment amount, made according to the retirement schedule you prefer within the scope of Retirement Annuity Plan, corresponding to the investment income earned through the system, income tax deduction shall be made.

Free emergency ambulance and health consulting services:

In cases of emergency, you may benefit from the land ambulance and health consulting services provided by S.O.S. International Ambulans Servisi (Ambulance Service) A.Ş. Costs of these services shall be met by our company.

Payments
You may receive your regular income payments in monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. We make your payments to your TRY demand deposit account with İş Bankası, on the 15th day of each month.

In Term-Based Retirement Schedule, you may change the regular income payment period and frequency and in Amount-Based Retirement Schedule, you may change the regular income payment amount and frequency, maximum two times during an agreement year.​
