Master Retirement Plan

We have designed Master Retirement Plan specifically for participants who have certain amount of savings or who are able to make payment above a certain amount. We invite everyone who wants to feel privileged by the advantages and special client services we offer to this plan.

FundMatic and Automatic Adjustment System are the most important features of this plan: those two functions established within the scope of private pension system for the first time in Turkey, are among the innovations introduced by Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik and İş Portföy Yönetimi (Portfolio Management) to the system.
What are my advantages?

State Subsidy:

You may benefit from the advantage of state subsidy at the rate of 25% of the contribution amounts you pay regularly or by a lump-sum payment. Total state subsidy to be provided in a calendar year may not exceed 25% of the annual total gross minimum amount of fees determined for related calendar year. Automatic Adjustment:

Fund distribution rates you prefer depending on your willingness to take risks, shall differ by the time as a result of differentiation of the yields of funds. By choosing automatic adjustment function, you may provide that your savings are invested in quarterly, semi-annual or annual periods, based on the fund distribution rates you determine in the beginning and that the level of risks you take, remains constant.

FundMatic is the lifelong planning of your fund preferences within the scope of a model developed by İş Portföy Yönetimi (İş Portfolio Management). We have designed this function for those who want to leave the choice to specialists regarding fund distribution.

Within the scope of FundMatic, your savings shall be started to be invested according to the fund distribution option recommended by İş Portföy Yönetimi, based on your age and the rate of contribution share you pay, to your income. As your age, to protect your increasing savings, each year you automatically pass to fund distribution with lower risk.

Investment Consulting:

You may shape your investment decisions by the "Investment Consulting Bulletin" prepared by İş Portföy Yönetimi (İş Portfolio Management) within the scope of Master Retirement Plan.

Private Client Representatives:

You may execute your transactions relating to your private pension account, by passing them on private client representatives.

Discount at İş Kültür Yayınları (İş Cultural Publications):

You shall be offered a discount rate of 40% at Türkiye İş Bankası Kültür Yayınları.

Free emergency ambulance and health consulting services:

In emergency cases, you and/or your spouse and children may benefit from the land ambulance and health consulting services provided by S.O.S. International Ambulans Servisi (Ambulance Service) A.Ş., free of any charge. Costs of said services shall be met by our company. Besides, it is sufficient for you to benefit from these services, just to pay at least one contribution amount within the preceeding one year period.

How much do I have to pay and what is the beginning amount?
In Master Retirement Plan, the minimum contribution amount differs depending on whether there is any beginning amount or not.

You may make your contribution payments as indexed to US Dollars or Euro; in monthly, quarterly, semi annual or annual terms; by credit card, automatic payment instruction or in cash.
Can I have detailed information about entrance fee, deductions and funds?

Entrance Fee:

In the Master Retirement Plan, we do not charge any entrance fee which can be collected at the beginning date of the contract according to the private pension legislation.

In the event that you withdraw from the company, the entrance fee that will be deducted from your savings as the deferred entrance fee shall vary according to the period of time you have remained in the company as of the effective date of the contract. In the event that you remain for 5 years in our company as of the effective date of the contract and also in case of withdrawals due to death or disability, we do not charge any entrance fee.

*Total of deductions refers to the total amount of deductions of entrance fee, administration cost deduction and additional administration cost deduction within the period of contract.

Administration Cost Deduction:

We do not charge administration cost deduction in the Master Retirement Plan.

If you do not make any payments to your account within the 3 months following the contribution payment date, you will be considered to have discontinued your payments. In the event that you prefer to pay a minimum contribution amount of TRY 1.000 monthly without paying the beginning amount and pause your payments, additional administration cost deduction in the amount of one-twelfth of 8.5% of the monthly gross minimum wage shall be charged from your savings for each month you do not make your payment as long as the period you pause to pay.

The total of the administration cost deduction, additional administration cost deductionand entrance fee charged in the related year of the contract shall not exceed 8.5% of the monthly gross minimum wage for each year.

*Gross minimum wage costs are charged according to the procedure stated in the private pension legislation. In the event that there is administrative expenses fee and entrance fee that is not paid within the first five years of the contract, it shall be collected in the years following the fifth year of the contract.

Fund Total Cost Deduction:

According to the private pension legislation it is set that companies can charge fund total cost deduction (fund operation cost deduction and saving, auditing, operation expenses, etc. related to funds) based on the fund net asset value to pay for expenses related to pension investment funds.

In the Master Retirement Plan; fund, operating cost and total fund expenses fee are applied in the rates provided in the table below from each pension investment fund.

Fund total cost deduction shall be refunded to your account at specific rates according to the year of the contract.* Refund operation shall be applied at a rate of 2.5% as of the 6th year of the contract. Between the 7th and the 14th years of the contract, the refund rate valid in the previous year is increased 2.5 points for each year. Following the 15th year and on, 25% rate is applied permanently. Refund operation shall start as of January 1st, 2021.

*Refund shall not be applied for the amount below 1.1% of the available saving as of the date of calculating the deduction.
