What are my advantages?

State Subsidy:

You may benefit from the advantage of state subsidy at the rate of 25% of the contribution amounts you pay regularly or by a lump-sum payment. Total state subsidy to be provided in a calendar year may not exceed 25% of the annual total gross minimum amount of fees determined for related calendar year.

Investment Consulting:

You may shape your investment decisions by the “Investment Consulting Bulletin” prepared by İş Portföy Yönetimi (İş Portfolio Management) within the scope of the Pension Plan for the Turkish Pharmacists’ Association.

Additional Contribution Advantage:

Turkish Pharmacists Association makes an additional contribution* payment at the rate of “1,65 per thousand” of your SSI (Social Security Institution) payments in connection with related month, if you receive your SSI payments through İş Bankası, and thereby provides you with the opportunity to have a higher savings at your retirement.



To benefit from the additional contribution advantage, in addition to above mentioned conditions, it is sufficient that you pay your regular contribution amounts to your private pension accounts by credit card or by automatic payment. If you wish, your additional contribution amounts may also be transferred to the private pension account of your spouse or your child at or above the age of 18, within the scope of the Pension Plan, upon your request.



(*) Additional Contribution Amount is limited to TRY 1.500 on a yearly basis.

Free emergency ambulance and health consulting services:

In emergency cases, you may benefit from the land ambulance and health consulting services provided by S.O.S. International Ambulans Servisi (Ambulance Service) A.Ş. Costs of these services shall be met by our company. Besides, it is sufficient for you to benefit from these services, just to pay at least one contribution amount within the preceeding one year period.


In cases not considered within the scope of emergency cases, you may benefit from the ambulance service with a discount at the rate of 20% and in all cases whether or not considered within the scope of emergency cases, your first degree relatives may benefit from the ambulance service with such 20% discount.

How much do I have to pay?

You may participate in the Pension Plan for Turkish Pharmacists' Association by paying a minimum monthly contribution amount of TRY 109.

You may make your contribution payments as indexed to US Dollars or Euro; in monthly, quarterly, semiannual or annual terms; by credit card, automatic payment instruction or in cash​.

Can I have detailed information about entrance fee, deductions and funds?

Entrance Fee:

In the Pension Plan for the Turkish Pharmacists Association, we do not charge any entrance fee either at the time of entrance to the system or at the time of withdrawal.

Administrative Expenses Fee:

Administrative Expenses Fee is not charged in the Pension Plan for the Turkish Pharmacists Association.

If you do not make any payments to your account within the 3 months following the contribution payment date, you will be considered to have discontinued your payments. In the event that you pause your payments, additional administrative cost in the amount of one-twelfth of 8.5% of the monthly gross minimum wage shall be deducted from your savings for each month you do not make your payment as long as the period you pause to pay.

The total of the administrative expenses fee, additional administrative fee and entrance fee charged in the related year of the contract shall not exceed 8.5% of the monthly gross minimum wage for each year.

* Gross minimum wage costs are charged according to the procedure stated in the legislation. In the event that there is administrative expenses fee and entrance fee that is not paid within the first five years of the contract, it shall be collected in the years following the fifth year of the contract.

Total Fund Management Fee:

According to the private pension legislation it is set that companies can charge total fund management fee (fund operation cost deduction and saving, auditing, operation expenses, etc. related to funds) based on the fund net asset value to pay for expenses related to pension investment funds.

In the Pension Plan for the Turkish Pharmacists Association; fund operating cost and total fund expenses fee are applied in the rates provided in the table below from each pension investment fund.

Total fund expense fee shall be refunded to your account at specific rates according to the year of the contract.* Refund operation shall be applied at a rate of 2.5% as of the 6th year of the contract. Between the 7th and the 14th years of the contract, the refund rate valid in the previous year is increased 2.5 points for each year. Following the 15th year and on, 25% rate is applied permanently. Refund operation shall start as of 1st January 2021.

*Refund shall not be applied for the amount below 1.1% of the available saving as of the date of calculating the deduction.

Additional Benefit: In the Pension Plan for the Turkish Pharmacists Association, a certain amount of the Total Fund Management Fee will be paid back to the participants’ pension accounts as an additional benefit
