We launched the Brand Language Project in order to make clearer and express best the messages conveyed to customers on every channel.
We launched “IQ Funds” that allow customers to invest their savings in the most suitable private pension funds according to their risk/return expectations.
We organized the 13th “Shots From Life As Seen By Women” photography contest.
We neutralized the 2017 carbon footprint resulting from our operations through our wind energy power plants and remained a carbon neutral company in 2018 as well.
We signed Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) co-established by the UN Global Compact and United Nations Social Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment Department (UN Women).

2017
After completing the first phase of technological infrastructure transformation, we were given the Best Corporate Transformation Award at the “FinTech Projects of the Year” awards organized under IDC Turkey Financial Services Conference 2017.
We became the first and only private pension and life insurance company from Turkey to affiliate with the United Nations Environment Program - Finance Initiative (UNEP-FI).
We neutralized our 2016 carbon footprint within the framework of our Sustainability Management System and became a carbon neutral company.
We were the first company from Turkey to receive Customers’ Friend award granted by ICERTIAS, an international certification association, in recognition of our successful customer relationship management.
We were named as the best in our sector at “Social Media Awards Turkey”, Turkey’s most comprehensive first social media competition co-organized by Marketing Turkey and BoomSonar.
We organized the 11th “Shots From Life As Seen By Women” photography contest.
We launched “Life Insurance with Premium Refund” offering coverage against the risk to life and also refunding the premiums collected in case the risk does not occur during the policy term.

2016
We passed TRY 10 billion mark in total private pension funds.
We paid the highest amount of state contributions to our customers again in 2016.
We were named as the “Most Admired Private Pension Company” for the fifth time in Turkey’s Most Admired Companies survey conducted by Capital magazine.
We were named the “Best Life Insurer in Turkey” by World Finance, a respected business and finance magazine, for the second time.
We were recognized as the “Best Overall Insurance Company in the Levant Region” at 2016 Middle East Insurance Forum.
We were recognized as the life insurance and private pension company with the highest customer loyalty in Turkey according to the research carried out by Turkish Society for Quality (Kalder) and Ipsos in 2016.
We launched our credit-linked life insurance product offered through İşbank internet Branch and İşcep.

We launched our mobile branch application enabling quick and easy access to our products through mobile devices.
We became the first private pension company reaching both 1 million customers and 1 million contracts in Turkey.
We made our mark on 2015 with our advertising campaign, “They Called Me Uncle / Aunt”, which took a total of 14 awards in Effie Türkiye, Crystal Apple ve Mediacat Felis.
We began to provide social security consultancy service for private pension customers.
We established our new regional sales offices in Ankara, İstanbul and Kocaeli.
We launched our “Youth Pension Plan”, targeting customers aged between 18 and 25, in order to increase interest of younger individuals for private pension system.

2014
We became the first pension company to reach TRY 7 billion mark in total private pension funds.
We were named the “Most Admired Private Pension Company” in the Turkey’s Most Admired Companies 2014 survey conducted by Capital magazine.
We organized the 8th “Shots From Life As Seen By Women” photography contest.
We paid the highest amount of state contributions to our customers in 2014.
We launched our new annuity contracts titled “Planned Annuity Insurance” and “Planned Pension Annuity Insurance”.
We opened our East Black Sea District Office and commenced operations.
2013
We became the first pension company to reach TRY 5 billion mark in total private pension funds.
We were named the “Most Admired Private Pension Company” in the “Turkey’s Most Admired Companies 2013” survey conducted by Capital magazine.
We organized the 7th “Shots From Life As Seen By Women” photography contest.
Within the scope of a global decision, HSBC Bank A.Ş., our agency’s solution partner, signed a contract with another pension company and began to conduct most of its new productions through that company.
We launched our "Gold Pension Fund (Gold Fund)”.
We established the "Contribution Pension Fund" (Contribution Fund) and "Alternative Contribution Pension Fund" (Alternative Contribution Fund) in which state contributions are directed to investments.
We paid the highest amount of state contributions to our customers in 2013.
We launched our investment-linked life insurance products titled “Investment Insurance for My Child”, “Planned Future Insurance”, “Secured Saving Insurance” and “Standard Saving Insurance”.
We launched our “Optional Annual Life Insurance” that also provides coverage for full and permanent disability as well as for death and accidental death.
We restructured our annuity products under the names of "Annuity Insurance" and "Retirement Annuity Insurance" targeting different age groups.
We launched our “Compass” and “Basic Pension Plans” targeting different customer needs.
2012
We became the first pension company to reach TRY 4 billion mark in total private pension funds and 600,000 participants in the private pension system.
We were named the “Most Admired Private Pension Company” in the Turkey’s Most Admired Companies 2012 survey conducted by Capital magazine.
We opened our Antalya Regional Office and commenced operations.
We adopted our new slogan of "A Good Future for Everyone" owning the word “future” and strengthened the emphasis on the word "everyone" in line with our vision.
We organized the 6th “Shots From Life As Seen By Women” photography contest.
We established and began selling the "Dynamic Balanced Pension Fund" (Dynamic Balanced Fund) and the "Income Oriented Mixed Debt Instruments Pension Fund" (Mixed Fund).
We established AHE-Sales department facilitate online sales from our website.
2011
We became the first company to reach TRY 3 billion in funds mark in total private pension funds.
Number of our participants reached 577,000.

We launched our "Personal Accident Insurance" for individual customers providing cover for potential risks resulting from accidents.
Agency and cooperation agreements with Türk Ekonomi Bankası expired.
We ranked among companies recommended by the Association of Turkish Notaries for transfer of savings to the private pension system.
Number of health risks covered by the "Life Insurance with Serious Illness Cover" sold in combination with the private pension plan rose from 9 to 21.
We launched an application enabling participants holding İşbank credit cards with Maximum features to transfer the MaxiPoints earned in their spending to their private pension accounts as additional contribution.

We became the first pension company to reach 500,000 participants in the private pension system.
Total private pension funds volume passed TRY 2 billion mark.

We launched "PPS+Protection" package for our private pension customers.

We launched our "Emerging Markets Flexible Pension Growth Fund" (BRIC Plus Fund) and "Alternative Flexible Pension Income Fund" (Alternative Income Fund) products.

We became the first pension company to reach 400,000 participants in the private pension system.
We became a member of the Insurance Arbitration System.
We launched our “Credit Card Support Insurance” targeting credit card customers.
We launched our "PPS+Support" package covering private pension plan contributions.
We launched our "PPS+Critical+Support" package providing coverage for contribution payments of private pension customers in the event of death, serious illness and disablement.
We added a new scheme to our private pension plans: We launched "Life-Cycle Fund Exchange Model" (Fundmatic) and "Auto Re-Balancing System", implementing "Master's Pension Plan" for the first time in Turkey.
Our Customer Services Center opened in İçerenköy District of İstanbul.

2008
We launched our PPS+ packages covering either one of the "Life Insurance with Serious Illness Cover", "Annual Life Insurance" or "Saving Insurance for Everyone" products in addition to the private pension plan.
We launched our mobile signature application making us the first and only insurance and pension company enabling customers to enter into a private pension plan using internet or mobile phones.
We added a new product to our credit-linked life insurances and incorporated “Loan Support Insurance”, which includes disability coverage, to our product range.
We became the first pension company to reach 300,000 participants in the private pension system.
We exceeded TRY 1 billion in total funds.

We initiated the social responsibility project titled "Girls: The Insurance of our Future" in collaboration with the Association for Supporting Contemporary Living (ÇYDD) and with the support of the Ministry of National Education.
We expanded bancassurance activities through agency agreements with Anadolubank A.Ş.and TSKB A.Ş.
2005
We included Türk Ekonomi Bankası A.Ş. (TEB) and HSBC Bank A.Ş..HSBC), with which we signed agency agreements, to our bancassurance activities carried out with our parent company, Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş.
2004
As the pioneer in the sector once again, we introduced the "Pension Plan for Housewives" providing income for housewives without social security and supplementary income at older ages.
We transferred our health insurance portfolio and activities to Anadolu Anonim Türk Sigorta Şirketi pursuant to legislation.
We enabled online payment of private pension contributions and life insurance premiums via internet.
2003
We received our license after obtaining the transformation permit granted by T.R. Prime Ministry Undersecretariat of Treasury and commenced our operations under the title of Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik A.Ş.
We issued our first private pension contract on October 27.
2002
We filed an application to remodel us as a private pension company in order to operate in this field following the publication of the Private Pension Savings and Investment System Law.
2001
We introduced the "Saving Insurance for Everyone" policy, Turkey's first insurance coverage without any age limitation and without requiring any health conditions.
We restructured our Bursa, Adana, İzmir and İstanbul branches as Marmara, South Anatolia, Aegean, İstanbul 1st and İstanbul 2nd regional offices.
2000
Anadolu Hayat Sigorta A.Ş. became the first publicly traded life insurance company.
We relocated to İş Towers in December which also houses İşbank subsidiaries.
1999
We opened our Lefkoşa Branch in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus to conduct life insurance activities.
We opened our Sirkeci and Kadıköy branches.

We renamed our Ankara Branch Office as Central Anatolia Regional Office.

We made the first pay outs on maturity for our "Insurance of the Future" product.

We began to issue “Comprehensive Health Insurance” policies.

We opened regional branches in Ankara, Bursa, Adana and İzmir.

We established Turkey's first life insurance company titled Anadolu Hayat Sigorta A.Ş. taking over the life insurance activities carried out by Anadolu Anonim Türk Sigorta Şirketi.
